Yebrax Travel ERP is a cloud software service for automotive workshops and service centers, including vehicles, appointments, work orders, inspections, spare parts, inventory, procurement, invoicing, accounting, HR and reporting. 2. Information we collect

We may process account, company and user information such as name, email, optional phone number, profile photo, job title, branch and permissions, together with customer, supplier, product, warehouse, invoice, voucher, attachment and operational data entered by the customer.

We may also collect technical information needed to secure and operate the service, such as IP address, device type, sessions, login records, errors and basic usage information.

3. How we use information

• Operate the account, modules and features requested by the customer.
• Authentication, security, password recovery and abuse prevention.
• Send service and subscription-related alerts and notifications.
• Provide support, backups and improve performance and reliability.
• Meet legal, tax and accounting obligations where required.

4. Payments and service providers

Yebrax Travel ERP does not store full card numbers or provider secrets. Subscription checkout is routed through central Yebrax Pay to the selected payment method, and payment information may be processed by the final provider under its own terms and privacy policy. We retain only transaction identifiers, subscription status, amount, currency and data needed for accounting, support and fraud prevention.

5. Sharing and sale of data

We do not sell customer personal data. We may share the minimum necessary data with hosting, email, notification, payment and backup providers, or where required by a valid legal obligation.

6. Retention and security

Data is retained while providing the service and as needed for backups, accounting and legal obligations. We use technical and organizational safeguards to protect access to data, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Data requests and rights

The account owner may request access, correction, export or deletion of account data, subject to identity verification, financial or legal obligations and required retention periods.
